Lynn's Story

My experiences of childhood abuse and trauma, along with the tragic loss of my mother to domestic violence, have driven my lifelong mission to understand the roots of abuse and help others heal. I’ve dedicated my work to supporting men, women, and teens in breaking harmful cycles, understanding their experiences, and moving toward recovery.

With a focus on addressing the impact of broken systems in families, institutions, and communities, I’ve developed online courses that tackle various forms of abuse—from financial exploitation to bullying and human trafficking. Recovery demands courage, and I believe we are all capable of finding that bravery to create safer, fuller lives.
